Welcome to Lexington Auto Detailing. By scheduling an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Lexington Auto Detailing provides professional auto detailing services, including:

• Exterior and interior cleaning

• Cabin air filter replacement (for select vehicles)

• Mobile and drop-off detailing services

We do not provide ceramic coatings, body repairs, or mechanical services. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. Lexington Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Customers must schedule appointments in advance via our website, phone, or email.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

• No-shows may be denied future service and may be charged a service fee.

• Lexington Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment is required in full upon completion of services and is accepted via Venmo.

• No refunds are issued except at the sole discretion of Lexington Auto Detailing.

• Disputes regarding services must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• Any chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in legal action and potential banning from future services.

4. Liability and Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must remove all personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Lexington Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or any mechanical/electrical failures that arise after service.

• Customers acknowledge that results may vary based on vehicle condition and prior maintenance.

• Lexington Auto Detailing is not responsible for damages resulting from contaminants (e.g., tree sap, road tar) that require additional services beyond standard detailing.
